- Ship in the USA ONLY
- Orders from Sassy and Simple Boutique may take 3-10 business days to receive after the order is done being processed.
- Business days are Monday-Friday and non-holidays.
- Orders delayed once shipped and out of anyone’s control is not included in these timeframes such as weather conditions.
- You will receive Tracking for all orders. In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages on separate dates. In this case you will receive tracking for all packages soon as they are shipped.
- If your package was delivered & to the correct address, and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first as a lot of packages get delivered to the wrong mailbox by the mail carrier and end up showing up a few days later. We are not responsible once it has been successfully delivered to the correct address. If you would like a signed delivery, please let us know ahead of time.
- Please make sure your mailing address is correct. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect address. Shipping charges may be applied to ship items back out if it was returned to sender due to incorrect address.
